This Privacy Policy describes how NewReputation (a brand of GIG Concepts LLC, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or engage with
www.newreputation.com (the “Site”) or any of our reputation management, privacy, or digital services.
By using the Site or submitting your information to us — including via web forms, SMS opt-in, phone, or email — you agree to the practices described in this policy.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser type, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we also collect information about the pages you view, the search terms or websites that referred you, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this as “Device Information.”

When you submit an inquiry, request a consultation, or engage our services, we collect additional information including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment information (processed securely via our payment processor). We refer to this as “Order Information.”
Collectively, Device Information and Order Information are referred to in this policy as “Personal Information.”

SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
NewReputation may send transactional, informational, or marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) to phone numbers you provide, where you have given your express written consent. Our SMS communications comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable carrier guidelines.
Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on any of our web forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated or manually dialed text messages from NewReputation at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service plan. You may receive up to 4 messages per month for general marketing communications; transactional messages (appointment confirmations, service updates) are sent as needed.
Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. NewReputation is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages. You may also opt out by contacting us at

No Sharing of Phone Numbers. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Supported Carriers. Our SMS services are available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Service availability may vary by carrier.
Program Description. NewReputation SMS messaging is used to deliver service updates, appointment reminders, onboarding guidance, and occasional promotional offers related to our reputation management and privacy services.
DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection or use practices when we receive a Do Not Track (DNT) signal from your browser. No universal standard for DNT currently exists, and we will update this policy if one is adopted.
YOUR RIGHTS
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (4) non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
European Residents (GDPR). If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. We process your data to fulfill our contractual obligations to you or to pursue legitimate business interests. DATA RETENTION

Device Information collected via cookies and analytics is retained in accordance with the default retention settings of the applicable third-party platforms (e.g., Google Analytics default retention is 26 months).
SECURITY
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical precautions to protect your Personal Information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Payment information is processed exclusively through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
